The PHV is a portable (18KG) 230V high vacuum welding fume extractor. It is equipped with two motors and an automatic on/off device. The weld fumes are drawn through a metal pre-separator and then through a Dura-H main filter with an integrated aluminum pre-filter. The air exits the unit through the HEPA filter. An activated carbon filter can be installed as an option.
The PHV can be turned on/off manually or automatically.

The PHV unit is a portable and compact welding fume extractor. It is designed to extract fumes on site in tight spaces and hard-to-reach areas. It is ideal for light to medium duty welding and maintenance work. The integrated automatic start/stop feature makes the PHV easy to use. The unit automatically starts as soon as the welding job begins and stops as soon as the job is completed. This easy-to-use equipment is very effective in extracting welding fumes, reducing noise levels and saving energy.
The PHV remains very light despite its two motors due to the construction of impact resistant synthetic components. The motors ensure the efficiency of the unit when using funnel nozzles or welding torches, regardless of the size and pressure of the extraction unit. The two motors meet different requirements.
