Autonomous welding trolley for semi-automatic welding, on 18V battery. This device allows the mechanization of your MIG/MAG welding operations. The welding torch is fixed on the GLUMAG carriage and the latter moves longitudinally (Crrabbing) powered by a motor and 4 magnetic wheels. The system is equipped with an 18 V Li5Ah battery guaranteeing autonomy for several hours. Allows you to carry out welds in all positions.
With GLUMAG you can carry out welds with a “robot” appearance, gaining productivity. Installation and adjustments are simple, the product is light and robust.

HD SOUDAGE has selected the GLUMAG autonomous magnetic cart to expand its range of accessories available for rental, primarily for MIG/MAG welding. This cart is suitable for the shipbuilding, metal framing, and sheet metal/boilermaking industries.
The magnetic welding cart is guided by two support rollers (one roller is set back compared to the other): directly on the stiffeners to be welded for corner welds, or along a profile to be fixed parallel to the weld joint.
It is suitable for semi-automatic welding using a manual torch, oxyfuel cutting (using a straight torch machine), or plasma cutting (using a straight or manual torch).
This enables the realization of flat, angled, fillet, and vertical (up or down) welds.
The advantages:
- Welding quality very close to that of a robot - consistent bead quality and appearance.
- Adaptable to your welding equipment (welder and torch) through a universal torch holder.
- Productivity (average speed is 30-40 cm/min - 1.2 solid wire, flat position).
- Ease of use (approx. 10 kg weight, detachable magnetism), ON/OFF control, oscillation speed directly on the cart.
- Approximately 4 hours of autonomy thanks to an 18V battery (delivered with charger and 2 batteries).
