STAHLWERK TITAN True-Colour Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet
The STAHLWERK TITAN supports welding, plasma cutting and grinding tasks with a True-Colour auto-darkening filter and a 104 × 104 mm viewing area. Its side control, OLED display and integrated memory provide easy access to the settings, allowing the helmet to be adapted to different workshop tasks.
104 × 104 mm True-Colour viewing area
The True-Colour filter cartridge provides natural colour perception for observing the joint, weld pool and surrounding elements. Its square 104 × 104 mm viewing area and 1/1/1/1 optical class support tasks requiring a clear, detailed view of the welding area.
Side control and OLED display
The side-mounted push button allows WELD, CUT, GRIND and DARK modes to be selected without removing the helmet. The OLED display integrated into the filter cartridge shows the settings for easy adjustment. Job memory stores your settings so they can be recalled for future use.
Arc detection and fine shade adjustment
Four independent arc sensors trigger darkening, with a stated switching time of 0.04 ms. An ambient-light sensor complements the automatic adjustment system. The SHADE function provides fine adjustment, while sensitivity and delay can be customised to suit working conditions.
Adjustable fit and tack welding mode
The Premium headgear offers multiple adjustments to tailor the fit to the wearer. The helmet weighs 643 g and provides space for glasses or a compatible respirator. For short arc tack welding cycles, TACK mode provides a dedicated filter response.
