The STAHLWERK MASTER 3-in-1 isn’t just a helmet – it’s a high-precision piece of personal protective equipment designed for extreme industrial and craft conditions.
With a cutting-edge True-Colour filter cassette and a wide viewing area (116 x 81 mm), it delivers crystal-clear visibility and true-to-life color reproduction. Unlike conventional Real-Colour filters, this advanced technology ensures clarity without compromising safety.
The Bluetooth OLED remote control allows you to select modes (WELD / CUT / GRIND / DARK MODE) remotely. Attach it to the helmet or any magnetic surface and change settings on the fly – no need to stop working.
Four independent arc sensors trigger the darkening instantly when an arc is detected, while the ambient light sensor adjusts the shade level dynamically for optimal protection in any lighting condition.
With fine SHADE adjustment (DIN 4 to 14), built-in memory for saved configurations, and a dedicated TACK mode for spot welding, the MASTER adapts to every task. The smooth transition TRS function and lock protection system ensure consistent performance throughout demanding sessions.
The ergonomic premium headband guarantees a perfect fit and maximum comfort even during extended use. Weighing only 752 g, the helmet also accommodates respiratory masks or glasses with ease.
