PAYMENT METHOD

By bank card:

You can pay for your purchases online. Payment will be immediate, and the delivery time will be as indicated on validating your basket.

Our secure payment system accepts the following cards:

Our partner for online payments is CM-CIC, a PCI DSS certified bank. All transactions made on our website www.hdsoudage.fr comply with the 3D SECURE standard. This means that you will enter your card number on a secure page hosted by the bank. It is therefore unknown to the seller. The date is encrypted (SSL technology).

By bank transfer:

You may also pay by bank transfer. In this case, follow the steps below:

1      – Complete your basket by selecting the products you wish to purchase,

2      – When you validate your basket, select “bank transfer” as your payment method.

3      – You will be directed to the bank details of www.hdsoudage.fr

4      – Make your bank transfer

Note: the time between your transfer order and the processing of your order can vary from 2 to 5 days for a company in France and Europe, and five working days for an individual.

Payment by cheque (France only):

Payments by cheque are not possible.

Deferred payment:

If you wish to opt for deferred payment, you need to open a customer account with our sales department, subject to their acceptance. You will need to complete and send the form below for validation by our sales department. This may take several days.

Steps to follow:

1 - Download a form to create an account: Open the file named compte.pdf and the general terms and conditions of sale

2 - Have your letterhead and bank details (RIB) ready 

3 – Send the application form with the signed GTC, your letterhead and bank details to: contact@hdsoudage.fr

Payment in installments :

Our partner COFIDIS offers you a financing solution, which allows you to pay for your purchases of an amount of 100 euros or more in 3 or 4 installments with your bank card. The French bank card bearing the initials CB, or the bank card international with the initials VISA or MASTERCARD. When paying, enter the last three digits near the signature on the back of the card, in addition to the number and expiration date. The wording that will appear on your bank account statement will be COFIDIS.

Conditions:

This offer is reserved for individuals (adult individuals) residing in France for an amount greater than or equal to 100 euros Blue, foreign, prepaid, Maestro or Electron and American Express e-cards are not accepted and must be valid for more than 3 months. The installments are debited from the bank card entered during your subscription, subject to acceptance by Cofidis.

Terms of subscription:

After completing your order, all you have to do is click on the button “payment in 3 installments by bank card” or “payment in 4 installments by bank card”. You are then redirected to the website of our partner COFIDIS displaying the detailed summary of your order and the personalized financing request, which you must then validate after entering the necessary information. No proof is required.
