The STAHLWERK prefilters are specially designed to optimize the performance of your MASTER AIR and BOOSTER AIR fresh-air welding helmets. Integrated into a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) system, they provide a first filtration barrier before the main P3 filter (TH3 P R SL standard), extending the overall lifespan of the system.
Thanks to their robust design and perfectly adapted size (163 x 98 mm), these prefilters are ideal for intensive use in industrial, workshop, or construction environments. They effectively capture large particles, metallic dust, fumes, and other pollutants generated during welding.
Every detail has been designed for professionals: wear resistance, perfect fit for the blower unit, maintenance of optimal airflow, and full compatibility with both standard (SD) and high-capacity (HD) PAPR STAHLWERK batteries.
