STAHLWERK CUT 100 P - Power, precision and digital control

The STAHLWERK CUT 100 P offers cutting capacity up to 44 mm for mild steel (ST37), 32 mm for stainless steel (V2A/V4A), and 27 mm for aluminum. The HF pilot arc ensures precise and contactless ignition. Output current is continuously adjustable between 20 and 100 A, displayed clearly on a digital screen with intuitive controls. The 2T/4T mode offers advanced cycle control.

Weighing just 27.5 kg, this unit is compact and mobile. It runs on 400 V three-phase input and uses IGBT technology for maximum efficiency. Smart cooling and thermal protection keep it reliable even under heavy-duty use.

The integrated Torch Height Control (THC) system makes it CNC-ready. The two-pole THC connection reads arc voltage in real-time and sends it to the CNC system to automatically adjust torch height during cutting, ensuring consistent quality even on uneven materials.
