Professional multi-process performance from a 230 V supply
Made in France, the GYS MULTIPEARL 210-4 XL is designed for professionals who need to handle a wide range of welding jobs without using several separate machines. Its 20 to 200 A output range is suitable for thin 0.6 mm sheet metal as well as parts up to 6 mm thick.
The single-phase 230 V, 16 A supply makes it easy to use in maintenance workshops, body shops, metal fabrication facilities and mobile service vehicles. Its compact dimensions and 20 kg weight provide practical portability while retaining compatibility with large-format wire reels.
Four welding modes in one machine
Gas MIG/MAG welding
The MULTIPEARL 210-4 XL welds steel and stainless steel with wire diameters from 0.6 to 1.6 mm. It can also process aluminium wire from 0.8 to 1.6 mm when fitted with suitable accessories. This mode delivers high productivity for fabrication, repair, light sheet-metal work and industrial maintenance.
Gasless MIG/MAG welding
The gasless mode supports flux-cored wire from 0.9 to 1.2 mm. It is well suited to outdoor repairs and mobile jobs where transporting and protecting a shielding-gas cylinder may be inconvenient.
DC TIG Lift welding
The DC TIG Lift process produces accurate welds on steel and stainless steel. Contact ignition limits electromagnetic interference. Post Gas and Downslope settings can be adjusted directly from the machine when used with the optional compatible EURO TIG torch.
MMA electrode welding
The MMA mode supports rutile, basic, steel, stainless steel and cast-iron electrodes up to 5 mm, excluding aluminium and cellulosic electrodes. Hot Start and Arc Force can be adjusted from 0 to 100%, while the Anti-Sticking function helps prevent the electrode from sticking to the workpiece.
MIG/MAG synergic settings
The 9 integrated synergic programs automatically calculate wire-feed speed and voltage according to:
- wire material;
- wire diameter;
- workpiece thickness;
- shielding gas;
- welding position.
The operator can still fine-tune the wire-feed speed and arc length manually. This combination of automatic programming and manual control saves setup time while retaining full control over the weld bead.
Professional 4-roll wire-feeding system
The 4-roll drive system provides stable and consistent wire feeding. The XL reel compartment accepts 200 mm reels up to 5 kg and 300 mm reels up to 15 kg, reducing downtime during long production runs.
Two reversible drive rolls for 0.8 and 1 mm steel wire are supplied. The EURO torch connector makes the MIG torch easy to remove for transport, servicing or replacement.
Intuitive digital interface
The digital display gives direct access to the welding process and operating parameters. MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA settings remain easy to view and adjust. SPOT and DELAY functions support tack welding, repetitive assemblies and thin-sheet applications.
PFC, FV and Protec 400 technologies
PFC technology optimises power drawn from the electrical supply and can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%. FV technology allows operation from an input voltage ranging from 85 to 265 V.
The MULTIPEARL 210-4 XL can be used with a site extension cable up to 100 m long or with a 9 kVA generator. Protec 400 protection is factory-tested against voltage surges up to 400 V, making the unit suitable for demanding electrical environments.
