The STAHLWERK DC TIG 200 ST IGBT welding machine is a high-performance 2-in-1 unit designed for DC TIG welding as well as MMA / ARC (stick welding). Engineered to combine power and mobility, it features an ultra-compact design (370 x 145 x 280 mm) and a low weight of just 4.65 kg, making it ideal for both workshop and job-site use.

Thanks to the latest-generation IGBT technology, this machine delivers excellent arc stability and optimal energy efficiency. In DC TIG mode, it produces clean, precise welds on steel, stainless steel, copper and brass. Note: this model is not suitable for aluminium welding (an AC/DC machine is required).

The 2T/4T mode improves working comfort depending on weld bead length. HF non-contact ignition makes TIG arc starting easier while preventing contamination of the tungsten electrode.

Integrated advanced settings allow weld quality to be optimised:

• Adjustable pre-gas (0 – 2 s)
• Current upslope (0 – 15 s)
• Current downslope (0 – 25 s)
• Adjustable post-gas (0.1 – 25 s)

In MMA mode, the machine delivers up to 160 A and includes essential features for heavy-duty work:

• Hot Start for fast and reliable arc ignition
• Anti-Stick to prevent electrode sticking
• Intelligent cooling with integrated thermal protection

Powered by a single-phase 230 V supply, the machine complies with IEC 60974-1 and EN 60974-10 (Class A) standards. It is intended for professional and industrial use.
