STAHLWERK AC/DC TIG 200 ST Digital Welder
The TIG 200 ST Digital combines AC/DC TIG up to 200 A, MMA from 30 to 160 A and Clean mode for stainless steel. With IGBT technology, a colour LED digital control panel and a weight of 12.7 kg, it allows you to work with aluminium, steel and stainless steel in a compact format.
AC/DC TIG Control
Contactless HF ignition and 2T / 4T modes make welding easier. For aluminium, four AC waveforms and adjustable frequency, balance and cleaning current allow you to tailor arc behaviour.
Stored Digital Settings
The central rotary dial allows adjustment of the welding cycle, from gas pre-flow to post-flow, including starting and final currents as well as upslope and downslope. Up to 10 configurations can be saved.
Spot, Repeat and MMA Welding
Spot mode with adjustable duration makes repeatable tack welds on thin sheet metal easier. Repeat enables automatic welding cycles. In MMA mode, Hotstart aids arc ignition and Anti-Stick reduces electrode sticking.
Clean Mode for Stainless Steel
The Clean function provides electrochemical cleaning, passivation and finishing of stainless steel welds. The carbon fibre brush and electrolyte required for use are not included.
