HD Soudage has chosen the DRY 5.150 electrode oven for you, which allows you to maintain a high temperature in order to preserve the coated electrodes. This mobile device is efficient and very useful when the electrodes are subject to cooling.

The DRY electrode oven is designed to accommodate 5 kg of electrodes with a length of 450 mm.

Create 90º corners by holding from the outside, providing you with an unobstructed area for inside tack welds.

One side corner “relief” provides clearance for tall lips.

Use the outer edges of the Corner Magnet for setting up materials at 60º.

The standard head model is used on pipe 1/2" diameter and larger. It features a 4" Y-type head equipped with an adjustable dial bubble protractor (DSL).

Chemical pickling removes oxides from the metal surface. It is generally the most widely used treatment. The combined action of the proposed solutions makes it possible to dissolve the scale and polluted passive layer, as well as to dissolve the polluting oxides resulting from the various frictions with the manufacturing tools.

Decontamination-passivation can be considered as a stripping action, it dissolves the traces of oxidation on the surface as well as the metal particles embedded in the surface. Decontamination-passivation is strongly recommended after localized stripping operations or mechanical stripping (brushing, bead blasting, electrolytic stripping).
