Scenario #1: Did you notice a malfunction or damage in your product?

Scenario #2: The product doesn't meet your expectations or you changed your mind?

 

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of your order. Please send us the package with a copy of your invoice to the above address.

Note when returning a product to us:

For your return, we recommend over-packing the original packaging of your products as we can only accept products returned in their intact and complete original packaging (accessories, warranty coupon, battery, manuals, etc.). The refund is subject to the product being undamaged and complete.

The return shipping costs are at your expense. However, we advise you to take precautions: insure the product by declaring a value equal to the purchase invoice, ensuring adequate insurance coverage for return risks related to this purchase amount.
In the case of a verified damage on the returned product, the round-trip shipping costs will be converted into a Credit Note valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Otherwise, the costs will remain your responsibility.

Return Policy – Undelivered, Refused, or Late Orders

 

If a parcel is returned to us for any of the following reasons:

 

- Parcel not collected within the time limit at the designated pickup point

- Incorrect, incomplete, or unidentifiable delivery address

- Refusal to accept the delivery

- Exceeding the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt

 

We will automatically issue a store credit (voucher) equal to the value of the ordered products (excluding shipping fees).
This credit has no expiration date and can be used for any future purchase on our website.

 

Return shipping fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the total value of the store credit.

 

Beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal period, a 20% reduction may be applied to the amount credited.

 

This policy is designed to ensure a fair, efficient, and transparent return process, while covering the logistics costs incurred.

IMPORTANT: For returns of defective products valued under €100, a store credit for the return amount will be issued.
