Withdrawal period (14 days)
If the request is made after 14 days, the refund will be issued as a
store credit valid for 1 year on our website.
Non-collection / refusal of delivery
In the event of non-collection at a pickup point or refusal upon delivery,
return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund
(issued as store credit).
Please note: any return shipping fees are related to transport and logistics handling.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
