HD SOUDAGE has selected this ball joint torch model from manufacturer STARWELDING because it offers a simple and effective solution for TIG welding in tight and confined spaces. The welder can adjust the head angle and screw the assembly to maintain the position throughout the welding process. This is a real advantage over flexible head torches, which can deform under pressure during welding.
Universal air-cooled TIG torch - with ball joint equipped with 2 interchangeable heads:
TG9 head - for welding at 125A DC / 100A AC (60% duty cycle)
TG17 head - for welding at 150A DC / 125A AC.
Fitted with 2-pin electrical connector.
