Respiratory Protection Systems: Safety and Comfort for Demanding Environments

In welding, industrial, and construction trades, protection against fine particles, toxic fumes, and gases is an absolute priority to preserve operators' health. HD Soudage has selected for you high-tech powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) systems, combining exceptional filtration performance with field-oriented ergonomics.

CleanSpace: The Revolution of Hose-Free Mobility

The CleanSpace system (including the WORK, PRO, and ULTRA ranges) redefines comfort standards. Recognized as the lightest industrial PAPR on the market, it stands out with a unique design without belt or hose, ensuring total freedom of movement. Thanks to patented AirSensit™ technology, the device automatically adjusts airflow based on the operator’s breathing. The latest versions, such as the CleanSpace PRO, even feature Bluetooth connectivity for monitoring via a mobile app, along with a quieter motor and improved battery life. For explosive environments, the CleanSpace EX ATEX model ensures uncompromised intrinsic safety.

OPTREL Swiss Air: High-Performance TH3 Filtration

For maximum protection against aerosols and vapors, the OPTREL Swiss Air range is a benchmark solution. These systems deliver air purification up to 500 times cleaner than ambient air, with TH3/TM3 certifications. Versatile, they feature combined ABE1P filters specifically designed to block gases and acidic vapors in addition to particles. Their ergonomic design with a silicone half-mask ensures a perfect seal, even in the harshest working conditions.
