Modular screening for welding areas

ROLLTECT Retractable Welding Screen — Up to 6 m

The ROLLTECT allows you to create mobile or temporary welding cells. Its 1.68-metre-high curtain extends up to 6 metres wide and retracts automatically using a spring mechanism. Available in orange or green, it adapts to changes in workshop layout.

Quick Deployment and Storage

The curtain extends to screen off the work area, then retracts when no longer needed. This makes it easier to clear access for operators, equipment and overhead crane handling.

Modular Configuration

Mobile posts allow the screen layout to be adapted. Each post can accommodate up to four curtains, with J-hooks for attachment to another post or a suitable stable structure.

Two Curtain Versions

The curtain is available in a 14 mil semi-transparent version or an 18 oz opaque version, depending on the configuration. The material is described as flame-retardant. Choose the version according to the workstation’s visibility and protection requirements.

Designed for Repeated Use

The springs are stated to have been tested for 250,000 cycles. The system can complement an existing installation or create a dedicated cell for TIG, MIG or stick welding.
