Protective Equipment for Laser Welding

Personal protective equipment is essential when performing laser welding. This technology generates concentrated light, intense radiation and specific fumes that require certified, properly adapted equipment. In this category, you will find a complete selection of Optrel welding helmets, known for their comfort, safety and optical performance.

Optrel helmets are designed to provide a clear and stable view of the weld pool while effectively filtering the light emissions specific to laser welding. Their automatic darkening technology ensures instant adaptation, allowing highly precise work even on complex assemblies.

To meet the needs of every welder, two types of protection are available:

• Laser welding helmets: lightweight, well-balanced and suitable for regular work, they provide excellent eye and face protection with optimal comfort.

• Specialized ventilated laser welding helmets: equipped with a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) system, they offer maximum protection against fumes, particles and intense reflections. Ideal for demanding environments or long welding sessions.

Thanks to Optrel solutions, every user benefits from complete protection, a wide field of vision and long-lasting comfort—essential for maintaining high performance while protecting health in the long term.
