LZRTect Retractable Laser Protection Screens
LZRTect screens provide retractable protection around laser welding areas. Designed for IPG LightWeld equipment, they extend up to 4.5 metres and offer several mounting configurations: wall-mounted, on a mobile stand or suspended.
Protection for Welding Environments
The screens are intended to protect against scattered laser radiation, UV, heat, sparks and metal spatter. The stated laser resistance reaches 250 W/cm² under the conditions specified by the manufacturer.
Extends up to 4.5 Metres
The extended width can be adjusted to suit the workstation. The spring-loaded roller mechanism automatically retracts the screen for storage, freeing up space after use.
Multiple Installation Options
Depending on the chosen configuration, LZRTect can be wall-mounted, fitted to a mobile stand or suspended. The adjustable screen orientation allows the layout to suit the geometry of the welding area.
Integration with IPG LightWeld
Integration with a magnetic interlock system is possible. Once retracted, the screens clear access to the area for material handling and overhead operations.
