EN-20 is an extraction nozzle to be connected to the extraction hose of a portable welding fume extractor. It consists of a flexible tube, a funnel nozzle and a magnetic foot.

The EN-20 nozzle must be placed 2-4 cm (0.8-1.6 in.) from the source of pollution.

The PHV is a portable (18KG) 230V high vacuum welding fume extractor. It is equipped with two motors and an automatic on/off device. The weld fumes are drawn through a metal pre-separator and then through a Dura-H main filter with an integrated aluminum pre-filter. The air exits the unit through the HEPA filter. An activated carbon filter can be installed as an option.

The PHV can be turned on/off manually or automatically.

The DraftMax Ultra from PLYMOVENT is a workbench equipped with suction and filtration functions.

For grinding and welding applications, it is mandatory to equip the DraftMax Ultra with a rear suction set in order to allow an optimal distribution of the suction capacity with 80% rear suction, 20% suction down.

The DraftMax Ultra is equipped with a working screen, a three-stage pre-filtration device (to stop as many sparks as possible), and two self-cleaning main filter cartridges. The DeaftMax Ultra is characterized by the automatic start of cleaning when the fan stops. It is possible to add an automatic on / off device for greater ease of use.

Rear panel and side panels are options to be ordered separately.

The Flex smoke extraction arms from PLYMOVENT allow the extraction of fumes from welding, cutting and grinding processes.

The Flex is equipped with a rotating Rotahood hood which is equipped with a butterfly valve which can be opened fully or partially, this allows to control the air flow when opening the hood. The arm features an advanced EasyLift friction system for light and easy arm positioning.

The Flex is recommended for all dry welding applications such as electrode welding, TIG, MIG / MAG and spot welding.

The DraftMax Basic from POLYMOVENT has suction and filtration functions for grinding and welding applications.

This workbench contains an exhaust fan, triple action spark arrester and disposable filter cartridges. The DraftMax Basic has a Magnehelic pressure gauge on the control panel that alerts you to the need to change filter cartridges.

MFD is a mobile cleaner for welding fumes and grinding dust close to the source. This mobile unit features the DuraFilter mechanical system, but does not include the extraction arm.

This product is equipped with an aluminum spark arrester and a disposable square cellulose filter cartridge. This filter cartridge is supplied with a precoat which extends the life and initial performance of the filter. The system is equipped with a filter display which indicates if the extraction is still effective or if the filter needs to be replaced

MFD is suitable for welding activities in the field.

The DraftMax Eco from POLYMOVENT is designed to efficiently extract smoke and dust. 80% of the air is extracted through the discharge panel and the remaining 20% ??through the working grille.

This workbench does not contain a filter, but can be equipped with a firewall but not cartridges. Depending on the intended use, the suction table can be equipped with a special working grid.

This model adapts to the piping and must be connected to an external ventilation and filtration system.

The Economy Arm is a powerful and innovative smoke and dust extraction arm. This model has a spring-loaded balancer mechanism with friction brake that guarantees quiet operation within the working radius. The nozzle is fitted with a safety grid and a closing damper.

KUA is a flexible extraction arm designed for pollutants from fumes, gases and oil mists. KUA extraction arms are made of aluminum, so they are light to use. The hood's 360° handle makes handling the arm very simple, ideal for medium-sized work areas.
