Inner lens for the FUSION welding helmet

This lens is fitted inside the FUSION welding helmet, in front of the inner surface of the auto-darkening filter. It provides additional protection against dust, dirt, marks and scratches that may occur while using or handling the helmet.

Its 105 × 58 mm dimensions match the inner cover lens designed for the FUSION helmet. Before ordering, we recommend checking the dimensions of the lens currently fitted to your equipment.

Why replace the helmet’s inner lens?

Over time, the inner lens may become marked or scratched, reducing visual clarity. Replacing it restores a clear surface and helps protect the helmet’s main filter. The lens should be replaced as soon as marks, scratches or deformation begin to obstruct the view of the welding area.

This lens is a protective cover and does not replace the auto-darkening welding filter. It must always be used with all the protective components specified for the helmet.
