Instructions for use
Connect the DECAPX 800N - 220V Mono machine.
Install the accessories:
- connect the ground clamp to the unit and the workpiece
- connect the cable with the brush.
Connections are made on the front panel of the unit to the + and - terminals.
Turn on the device.
Dip the brush into a container with the cleaning solution (Electrolyte A 2030 DH) and scrub the area to be cleaned with the brush.
The electric current passing through the brush and the cleaning solution in contact with the surface triggers the electrochemical pickling/passivation action on the stainless steel. Repeat the process over the entire area to be treated. Rinse with water.
