Flowxrate pressure regulator, calibrated to 3.5 bars with column (rotameter) graduated from 0 to 15 or 30 l/min, provide a high level of gas flow rate accuracy, which is ideal for TIG-welding of stainless steel and aluminium. Available in OX version at 7 and 15 l/min.
This compact 3-in-1 device is intended to be fitted onto a 196 bars argon/co2 cylinder. It consists of a regulator that releases the gas from the residual pressure of the cylinder to an outlet pressure maintained at 3.5 bars, a column (rotameter) graduated from 0 to 30 l/mm which allows an accurate reading of the flow, and a gas economizer that significantly limits the over-pressure of gas at start-up. The DETECCOL 30 provides excellent accuracy of the flow, limits blow-out, and can save more than 70 % of the gas used at start-up.
