DEI 3-in-1 Regulator for Argon/CO2 Cylinders

The DEI regulator combines a pressure regulator, a ball-type flowmeter and a gas economiser. It allows you to adjust the shielding gas supply while limiting gas surges when welding restarts, particularly during tack welding.

Pressure Regulation

The first stage reduces cylinder pressure from 200 bar to 3.5 bar. This regulation stabilises the gas supply during welding operations.

Ball-Type Flowmeter Adjustment

The rotameter allows you to read the flow rate and adjust it to your welding requirements. The graduated tube makes it easy to check the setting at your workstation.

Reduced Gas Surges at Arc Ignition

The second stage limits the pressure of gas trapped in the hoses during pauses. This reduces the blast of gas when the arc restarts, particularly at low welding currents.

Savings Depending on Operating Conditions
