The SC Flange Kit is a smart, all-in-one tool designed for effective purging during flange welding, coupling connections, or short pipe sections. Each set includes:
- A sturdy aluminum cone
- A gas connection pipe
- The trusted SC Profi disc with integrated sintered stainless steel gas diffuser
This high-efficiency diffuser ensures a smooth laminar gas flow with no turbulence during purging or welding. Typical purge times are under 90 seconds, with gas flow rates recommended at 10% of the internal pipe diameter (in mm).
Two versions available for wide diameter coverage:
- 4″ version: from 16 mm to 116 mm
- 6″ version: up to 168 mm
Heat resistant up to 340°C (for 1 hour), this system remains airtight in all positions thanks to its patented triple-lip sealing. Designed for TIG, MIG/MAG, and plasma processes, it offers reliable performance and rapid setup.
