Exact PipeCut 360 Pro Series — A Versatile Saw for Professionals
The Exact PipeCut 360 Pro Series pipe saw supports preparation and cutting work on pipes with outside diameters from 75 to 360 mm. Its 2500 W power in the 230 V version, laser positioning aid and adjustment mechanism help produce straight cuts. The kit includes a pre-installed Cermet 165 blade and three supports to organise the cutting workstation.
Multiple materials with a suitable blade
The machine can cut steel, stainless steel, cast iron, ductile iron, copper, fibreglass, multilayer materials and plastic. Each application requires an appropriate blade: the supplied Cermet 165 blade does not replace the specialised blades needed for all these materials.
Capacity for thick-walled pipes
The stated maximum wall thickness reaches 20 mm in steel at 230 V and 12 mm at 120 V. For plastic pipes, the maximum capacity is 50 mm, using a suitable configuration and blade.
Laser positioning and cutting assistance
The laser helps identify the cutting point, while the adjustment mechanism allows alignment to be adjusted. Indicator lights inform the operator about motor load and overheating. Electronic overload protection complements these assistance features.
Portable equipment ready to set up
The saw weighs 17.5 kg and can be moved between workstations. The supplied double support and two single supports assist with pipe positioning. The 5 mm and 2 mm hex keys are attached to the machine to keep them accessible.
