Exact PipeCut 220 Pro Series — Laser Positioning and Cutting Assistance
The Exact PipeCut 220 Pro Series pipe saw is designed to prepare straight cuts on pipes with outside diameters from 20 to 220 mm. Its 1600 W motor in the 220–240 V version, laser pointer and traffic-light indicators assist the operator during cutting. The kit includes a pre-installed Cermet 165 blade, a shoulder bag and four pipe supports.
Capacity suited to steel and plastic
The stated maximum capacity reaches a 16 mm steel wall thickness at 230 V and 35 mm in plastic. Cutting capacity also depends on blade diameter and pipe dimensions: select a configuration suited to the material and wall thickness being cut.
Traffic-light indicators to monitor motor operation
The indicator lights inform the operator about motor load and overheating to help adjust the feed rate during sawing. Electronic functions include speed preselection, soft start, torque control and overload protection.
A laser to locate the cutting point
The laser pointer makes positioning easier before cutting. The adjustment mechanism allows machine alignment to be adjusted to support consistent cuts, depending on the settings and operating conditions.
A portable kit for on-site work
The saw alone weighs 11.5 kg. Its shoulder bag makes transport between workstations easier, while the four supplied supports assist with pipe positioning. The 5 mm and 2 mm hex keys are attached to the machine to keep them accessible.
