Exact PipeCut 460 Pro Series — Power and Precision for Pipe Cutting
The Exact PipeCut 460 Pro Series pipe saw is designed for demanding cutting tasks in the workshop and on site. It accommodates pipes with outside diameters from 100 to 460 mm and delivers 2500 W of power in its 230 V version. Its laser positioning aid and electronic functions support the preparation of straight cuts in different materials, using a suitable blade.
Capacity for thick-walled pipes
The maximum cutting capacity is a 20 mm steel wall thickness with the 230 V version and 15 mm with the 110 V version. For plastic pipes, the stated maximum wall thickness is 50 mm. The blade must be selected to suit the material and application.
Two speeds and electronic motor management
The two no-load speeds of 1900 and 2885 rpm allow operation to be adapted to the cutting task. Soft start, torque control and electronic overload protection complete the equipment. Indicator lights provide the operator with information about overheating.
Laser positioning to prepare the cut
The laser indicator helps position the saw at the cutting point. The adjustment mechanism helps align the cutting path to prepare consistent pipe sections, depending on the working conditions and settings used.
A transportable set for on-site work
Weighing 17.7 kg and supplied with a carrying bag, the PipeCut 460 Pro Series can be moved between workstations. The package includes one double pipe support and two single pipe supports to assist with pipe positioning.
