Exact PipeCut P400 System Pipe Saw — Ø 50 to 400 mm
The Exact PipeCut P400 System combines cutting and 15° bevelling to simplify the preparation of PE, PP and PVC pipes. It accepts diameters from 50 to 400 mm and can also perform cutting or bevelling separately. The kit includes two blades, pipe supports and a carrying bag for workshop or on-site work.
Combined Cutting and 15° Bevelling
The cutting and bevelling blade prepares the pipe end in a single operation around the pipe. This configuration reduces handling between cutting and forming the bevel.
Different Capacities for Each Operation
The machine accommodates diameters from 50 to 400 mm. The maximum wall thickness is 25 mm for cutting only and 22 mm for bevelling. These limits help determine the appropriate configuration for the pipe being worked on.
Two Blades to Adapt Pipe Preparation
The TCT P150 blade is mounted on the machine for cutting plastic pipes. A cutting and bevelling blade is also supplied. Depending on requirements, the P400 can cut, bevel or combine both operations.
A Portable Kit with Supports
The saw weighs 6 kg and fits into the included PipeCut 1 bag. The two P400 Simple supports and one P400 Double support help position and support the pipe during preparation and cutting.
