Cordless cutting and bevelling of plastic pipes

Exact PipeCut P400 Battery Cordless Pipe Saw

The Exact PipeCut P400 Battery cuts plastic pipes or combines cutting and 15° bevelling with the appropriate blade. Battery operation makes working without a nearby mains socket easier. The kit includes two batteries, a charger, a pre-installed TCT P150 blade and a 148 mm Cut Bevel blade.

On-Site Mobility

Cordless operation eliminates the need to run a power cable around the cutting workstation. Two Exact 18 V, 5.0 Ah lithium-ion batteries are supplied with a charger for mobile work.

Cutting and 15° Bevelling

With the supplied 148 mm Cut Bevel blade, the machine cuts and bevels plastic pipes in a single operation around the pipe. This configuration reduces the steps needed to prepare pipe ends.

Two Blades for Different Requirements

The pre-installed TCT P150 blade is intended for cutting plastic pipes. The Cut Bevel blade adds bevelling capability. Select the blade according to the material, wall thickness and required preparation.

Optional Ventilation Pipe Cutting

With the INOX Thin 140 blade, available separately, the P400 Battery can also cut ventilation pipes up to a stated maximum diameter of 500 mm. This capacity applies to that application and does not define the cutting range for plastic pipes.
