Exact PipeCut P1000 System Pipe Saw — Ø 60 to 1000 mm
The Exact PipeCut P1000 is designed for cutting PP, PE, PVC and HDPE pipes directly on site or in the workshop. It accommodates outside diameters from 60 to 1000 mm, with a stated maximum wall thickness of 75 mm depending on the blade and configuration used. Its 11.5 kg weight and carrying bag make transport between work areas easier.
Capacity for Large Diameters
The P1000 prepares plastic pipes of various sizes, up to 1000 mm in outside diameter. The blade must be selected according to the material, wall thickness and operation required.
Laser Positioning and Strap Support
The laser pointer helps identify the cutting position. The safety strap helps stabilise the machine around the pipe during operation, alongside suitable support for the workpiece.
Motor Temperature Monitoring
