MA1-45 THEO by MAX PHOTONIC Laser Welder — 1200 W
The MA1-45 delivers 1200 W at a 100% duty cycle for welding steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper. Its intuitive interface and 32 predefined parameter sets simplify setup.
Penetration and Welding Speed
Stated performance includes penetration up to 4.5 mm and welding speeds up to four times faster than TIG. These results depend on the material, joint configuration and welding conditions.
680 g F150 Welding Gun
The F150 laser gun accepts 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.6 mm wires. It provides a weld width of up to 4 mm, with a compact design that makes positioning on the workpiece easier.
Reduced Consumption and Rework
The process aims to reduce distortion and post-weld rework. Claimed electricity savings range from 80 to 90% compared with conventional processes, depending on the comparison conditions.
Compact Welder with Separate Wire Feeder
