MA1-65 Laser Welder — 1500 W
The MA1-65 delivers 1500 W at a 100% duty cycle on a single-phase 220 V supply. Designed to weld steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminium, it features 32 preconfigured welding settings and an intuitive interface.
Power and Productivity
Stated performance includes penetration up to 6.5 mm and welding speeds up to four times faster than TIG. These results depend on the material, thickness and welding conditions.
Controlled Heat Input
The process aims to limit the heat-affected zone, distortion and mechanical rework. Claimed energy savings reach 80–90% compared with traditional processes, depending on the comparison conditions.
Compact 680 g Welding Gun
The gun incorporates a QCS head and allows the weld width to be adjusted up to 4 mm. It accepts 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.6 mm wires to suit different assembly requirements.
Settings and Wire Feeding
The 32 preconfigured settings simplify parameter selection. The 4-roll wire feeder provides consistent wire feeding. The welder weighs 39 kg excluding the wire feeder and uses 100% argon for the supported metals.
