Professional Pulsed MMA / TIG
EWM Pico 160 cel puls Welding Machine
The Pico 160 cel puls combines MMA, pulsed MMA and pulsed Lift TIG welding in an inverter power source weighing just 4.9 kg. Powered by a single-phase 230 V supply, it delivers 5 to 150 A in MMA and up to 160 A in TIG.
Pulsed MMA and TIG
The pulse frequency is adjustable from 0.2 to 500 Hz in MMA and from 0.2 to 2,000 Hz in TIG. Lift TIG strikes the arc by touch, without high frequency.
Optimised Electrode Control
The CEL characteristic is designed for vertical-down welding with cellulosic electrodes, and the machine accepts electrodes up to 4 mm in diameter. Adjustable Arcforce and Hotstart, anti-stick and activgauss help to stabilise the arc.
Site-Ready Power Supply
The machine tolerates mains fluctuations from −40% to +15% and can be used with long extension leads or a generator; the recommended generator rating is 9.9 kVA. Integrated protection prevents damage if the machine is accidentally connected to a 400 V supply.
Compact and Robust
The impact-resistant casing, IP23 rating and 3.5 m mains lead with 16 A plug are suited to site work. A remote control and shoulder strap can be added as optional accessories.
