Professional MMA / TIG
EWM Pico 160 Welding Machine
The Pico 160 combines MMA and Lift TIG welding in an inverter power source weighing just 4.9 kg. Powered by a single-phase 230 V supply, it delivers 10 to 150 A in MMA and 10 to 160 A in TIG.
MMA and Lift TIG
Lift TIG strikes the arc by touch, without high frequency. In MMA mode, Arcforce, Hotstart and Antistick improve arc striking and stability.
Flexible Mains Supply
The unit tolerates mains voltage variations from −40% to +15%. It can be used with long extension leads or a suitable generator rated at 9.9 kVA for MMA welding.
Duty Cycle
At 40 °C, it delivers 150 A at 35%, 120 A at 60% and 100 A at 100% in MMA. In TIG mode, it reaches 160 A at 30%, 130 A at 60% and 100 A at 100%.
Built for Site Work
The impact-resistant casing and IP23 rating are suited to demanding environments. The 3.5 m mains lead with 16 A plug, plus an optional shoulder strap, make mobile work easier.
