Professional Pulsed MMA / TIG
EWM Pico 220 cel puls Welding Machine
The Pico 220 cel puls combines MMA, pulsed MMA and pulsed Lift TIG welding in a compact 10.5 kg power source. Powered by a three-phase 400 V supply, it delivers 10 to 220 A and tolerates mains voltage variations from −25% to +20%.
Pulsed MMA and TIG
The pulse function improves weld-pool control and reduces heat input. Lift TIG strikes the arc by touch, without high frequency.
Controlled Arc
Adjustable Arcforce and Hotstart, combined with Antistick, improve arc striking and stability. The CEL characteristic is designed for vertical-down welding with cellulosic electrodes.
Duty Cycle
At 40 °C, the machine delivers 220 A at 30%, 160 A at 60% and 140 A at 100% in both MMA and TIG modes.
Built for Site Work
The impact-resistant casing, IP23 protection, 5 m mains lead and shoulder strap support mobile work. A remote control can be connected, while the recommended generator rating is 10.8 kVA.
Recommended Applications
- Industrial maintenance and repair
- Steel structure assembly
- Cellulosic electrode welding
- Mobile on-site work
