The STAHLWERK ARC 200 MD IGBT uses advanced transistors that outperform older MOSFET technology in terms of energy efficiency and arc stability. This DC welding machine enables smooth universal electrode welding. For precision work on steel or stainless steel, it can be converted into a DC TIG welder with contact ignition using an optional WP-17V torch.

Smart functions for easier welding:

• Hot Start: Automatically increases the current at ignition to prevent the electrode from sticking and to ensure immediate penetration
• Anti-Stick: In the event of a short circuit, the current is instantly reduced so the electrode can be detached without damage
• Smart Cooling & Protection: An intelligent cooling system with controlled fan and protection against overheating and overvoltage ensures maximum service life

Versatility and durability: This welding machine can handle a wide range of electrodes and materials. Optionally, it can be converted into a DC TIG welder with contact ignition using a WP-17V torch (not included).
