PICOMIG 220 puls TKG welding machine — 5 kg / D200 wire spools

The PICOMIG 220 puls TKG combines standard and pulsed MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA welding in an 18 kg package. Powered by a 230 V single-phase supply, it provides an adjustable welding current from 5 to 220 A and accommodates D200 wire spools weighing up to 5 kg.

Pulsed welding and included characteristic curves

The pulsed MIG/MAG function reduces spatter during welding. All characteristic curves suitable for this type of machine are supplied as standard from the factory, with no additional purchase required.

Welding cycle settings

Adjust the arc dynamics as well as the pre-gas and post-gas times. 2T / 4T modes, spot welding and interval welding allow the welding cycle to be adapted to different assembly requirements.

D200 spools and flux-cored wires

The wire feed speed can be adjusted from 1 to 18 m/min for 200 mm spools weighing up to 5 kg. Tool-free polarity reversal makes it easier to use self-shielded flux-cored wires. The wire compartment is insulated.

High performance in a portable format

At 40 °C, the machine delivers 220 A at 30%, 170 A at 60% and 150 A at 100% duty cycle. Compact and portable, it can be installed on an optional trolley. IP23 protection and a standby function complete the equipment.
