Picomig 220 Synergic TKG Welder — 5 kg / D200 Spools

The Picomig 220 Synergic TKG combines MIG/MAG, TIG and stick welding in an 18 kg unit. Adjustable from 5 to 220 A on a single-phase 230 V supply, it accepts D200 spools up to 5 kg and can be mounted on an optional transport trolley.

Included Characteristic Curves and Cycle Settings

All characteristic curves suited to this machine type are supplied as standard. Arc dynamics and gas pre-flow and post-flow times are adjustable to tailor welding to your task.

2T / 4T, Spot and Interval Modes

Choose 2T or 4T mode according to the weld duration. Spot and interval welding functions provide additional control over the welding cycle.

D200 Spools and Flux-Cored Wires

Wire feed speed adjusts from 1 to 18 m/min for 200 mm spools weighing up to 5 kg. Tool-free polarity changes facilitate the use of self-shielded flux-cored wires, with an insulated wire compartment.

Performance and Mobility

At 40 °C, the welder delivers 220 A at 30%, 170 A at 60% and 150 A at 100% duty cycle. Its dimensions of 559 × 276 × 340 mm make transport easier, while IP23 protection and a standby function complete the equipment.
