EWM PICOMIG 225 puls TKG Welder — 15 kg / D300 Spools

The PICOMIG 225 puls TKG combines standard and pulsed MIG/MAG, TIG and stick welding. Adjustable from 5 to 220 A on a single-phase 230 V supply, this 24 kg welder features an integrated wire feeder for 15 kg spools and single-knob control.

Pulsed Welding and Included Characteristic Curves

Pulsed MIG/MAG mode reduces spatter and post-weld rework. All characteristic curves suited to this machine type are supplied as standard, with no additional purchase required.

Settings to Suit Your Assemblies

Adjust arc dynamics and gas pre-flow and post-flow times. The 2T / 4T modes, spot welding and interval welding allow you to choose the cycle suited to your work.

D300 Spools and Flux-Cored Wires

The wire feeder accepts D300 spools up to 15 kg, with a wire feed speed of 1 to 18 m/min. D200 spools require an optional adapter. Tool-free polarity changes make using self-shielded flux-cored wires easier.

Performance and Mobility

At 40 °C, the welder delivers 220 A at 30%, 170 A at 60% and 150 A at 100% duty cycle. Its robust housing and IP23 protection suit on-site work. An optional Trolly transport trolley is available for easier movement.
