EWM PICOMIG 225 Synergic TKG Welder — 15 kg / D300 Spools

The PICOMIG 225 Synergic TKG combines MIG/MAG, TIG and stick welding with an integrated wire feeder. Adjustable from 5 to 220 A and powered by a single-phase 230 V supply, it features single-knob control and PFC technology for production, assembly and site work.

Synergic Control and Included Characteristic Curves

Single-knob control simplifies adjustment. All characteristic curves suited to this machine type are supplied as standard, with no additional purchase required.

Welding Cycle Control

Adjust arc dynamics and gas pre-flow and post-flow times. The 2T / 4T modes, spot welding and interval welding allow you to adapt the cycle to your assemblies.

Integrated Wire Feeder for 15 kg Spools

The welder accepts D300 spools up to 15 kg, with a wire feed speed of 1 to 18 m/min. An optional adapter allows D200 spools to be used. Tool-free polarity changes make working with self-shielded flux-cored wires easier.

Performance and Robust Construction

At 40 °C, the duty cycle reaches 220 A at 30%, 170 A at 60% and 150 A at 100%. The robust housing and IP23 protection support on-site work, while PFC and standby mode help reduce power consumption.
