PROTECH 200 Double Pulse Welder with Accessories
The PROTECH 200 is a multiprocess inverter welder adjustable from 40 to 200 A, powered by a single-phase 230 V supply. Its Double Pulse function supports aluminium alloy welding, while MIG/MAG, MMA and Lift-TIG modes provide versatility for workshop tasks.
Double Pulse and Digital Display
The Double Pulse function is suited to welding aluminium alloys. The digital display makes parameters easy to read so you can adjust the welder to your application.
Multiple Processes and Consumables
The welder accepts steel and stainless steel wires from 0.8 to 1 mm, aluminium wires from 1 to 1.2 mm and MMA electrodes from 1.6 to 4 mm. Polarity reversal enables gasless welding with suitable flux-cored wire.
200 A at 60% Duty Cycle
Over a 10-minute cycle at 40 °C, the PROTECH 200 delivers 200 A at 60% and 155 A at 100% duty cycle. It has an IP21S protection rating and insulation class F.
5 kg Spools and Euro Connection
The compartment accommodates 200 mm diameter spools weighing up to 5 kg. The Euro connection accepts the MIG torch. The welder measures 460 × 220 × 375 mm and weighs 15.6 kg.
