EWM Sirion 405 puls Set with 5 m Interconnection Cable Assembly
The Sirion 405 puls Set includes the power source, wire feeder, cooling unit, trolley and a 5 m interconnection cable assembly. Adjustable from 5 to 400 A, it offers characteristic curves for steel, CrNi stainless steel, aluminium and flux-cored wires, with a duty cycle of 400 A at 60% and 350 A at 100% at 40 °C.
72 Synergic JOBs Included
Characteristic curves are supplied as standard, with 15 freely adjustable programmes per JOB. Non-Synergic mode allows manual adjustment, while the LP-S controls and favourites button provide easy access to frequently used parameters.
Standard and Pulsed Processes
The welder combines standard and pulsed MIG/MAG, touch-start TIG, MMA and gouging. It includes rootArc® and rootArc® puls, plus forceArc® and forceArc® puls for steel only.
Welding Cycle Control
Adjust arc dynamics from Soft to Hard, arc length, and start and end crater settings. The 2T and 4T modes and their special variants can be selected without changing the JOB.
Cooling and Mobility
The Cool 55 U40 enables the use of a water-cooled torch and is powered directly by the power source. The Trolly 54-5 and 5 m interconnection cable assembly make the setup easier to organise and move.
