Drive XQ Basic Wire Feeder with eFeed 4-Roll Drive
The Drive XQ Basic combines five favourites buttons, a wire feed speed of 0.5 to 25 m/min and a die-cast aluminium frame. Compatible with XQ Basic power sources, this 15 kg wire feeder simplifies adjustments and transport in the workshop and on site.
Quick Access to Settings
Five favourites buttons allow frequently used parameters to be recalled. The transparent cover protects the controls while keeping settings visible, and interior lighting makes spool changes easier.
eFeed 4-Roll Drive
Each shaft features double ball bearings for consistent wire feeding. Pressure is adjustable for each pair of rollers, with tool-free replacement and captive fasteners. UNI 1.0–1.2 mm rollers for steel wire are factory-fitted.
Spools and Connections
The wire feeder accepts D300 spools and D200 spools with an adapter. It features a Euro torch connection and protected connections for the interconnection cable assembly, which can be replaced without tools.
Built for Site Work
The aluminium frame, standard skids and IP23 protection support industrial use. The electronics are protected from dust. Crane transport capability and an integrated flowmeter are available as options.
