STAHLWERK AC/DC TIG 200 Puls ST with Accessories
The TIG 200 Puls ST combines AC/DC TIG from 10 to 200 A and MMA from 30 to 160 A for working with aluminium, steel and stainless steel. Powered by a single-phase 230 V supply, this 12.7 kg IGBT welder features a pulse function and a torch with current adjustment on the handle.
Adjustable Pulse Settings
Adjust pulse current, width and frequency to control heat input. Long Pulse and Short Pulse modes allow penetration and weld pool control to be tailored to thin-material assemblies.
TIG Welding Cycle Control
Contactless HF ignition, 2T / 4T modes and AC balance make arc adjustment easier. Adjustable current upslope, downslope and gas post-flow help achieve a clean weld finish.
Torch with Integrated Control
The 3 m WP-26FR torch features a flexible head and a control dial on the handle. It allows remote current adjustment during welding.
TIG and MMA Performance
At 40 °C, TIG output reaches 200 A at 15%, 150 A at 60% and 100 A at 100%. In MMA mode: 160 A at 10%, 100 A at 60% and 60 A at 100%, with Hotstart and Anti-Stick.
