Portable DC TIG and MMA Welding
STAHLWERK DC TIG 200 ST IGBT with Accessories
The DC TIG 200 ST combines DC TIG from 10 to 200 A and MMA from 10 to 160 A in a unit weighing just 4.65 kg. Powered by a single-phase 230 V supply, it is suitable for welding steel, stainless steel, copper and brass, in the workshop and on site.
TIG with HF Ignition
Contactless ignition and 2T / 4T modes make welding easier. Adjust gas pre-flow from 0 to 2 s, current upslope from 0 to 15 s, downslope from 0 to 25 s and gas post-flow from 0.1 to 25 s.
MMA up to 160 A
Stick welding requires no shielding gas. Hotstart makes arc striking easier, while Anti-Stick reduces electrode sticking.
Duty Cycles
At 40 °C, TIG output reaches 200 A at 10%, 82 A at 60% and 63 A at 100%. In MMA mode, the figures are 160 A at 10%, 65 A at 60% and 50.6 A at 100%.
Compact and Easy to Transport
The machine measures 370 × 145 × 280 mm and incorporates IGBT technology, intelligent cooling and overheating protection. It features IP21S protection and a Schuko plug.
