Portable Pulsed DC TIG
EWM Picotig 180 puls DC 5P with Accessories
The Picotig 180 puls DC 5P combines pulsed DC TIG and stick welding in a 10 kg unit. Adjustable from 5 to 180 A, it incorporates PFC technology and automatically adapts to 110–120 V or 230 V supplies.
Versatile TIG and MMA Welding
Pulsed TIG, 2T / 4T modes and the spotmatic and spotArc® functions simplify welding and tacking. In MMA mode, conventional, pulsed and CEL settings are supported by Hotstart, Arcforce and anti-stick functions.
Comfort 3.0 Controls
Dual seven-segment displays make parameters easy to read. The 5-pin connection with X technology supports the Retox XQ torch with integrated remote control and display.
Multivoltage Power Supply
PFC optimises power consumption. On a 230 V supply, the duty cycle reaches 180 A at 40%, 170 A at 60% and 150 A at 100%. On 110–120 V, the corresponding outputs are 150, 130 and 110 A.
Robust and Portable
IP23 protection, a control panel cover and on-demand fan cooling protect the equipment. The machine features a storage compartment for wear parts, a cable holder and protection against accidental overvoltage up to 400 V.
