Multiprocess Welding and Plasma Cutting
STAHLWERK CTM-250 ST Combination Welder with Accessories
The CTM-250 ST combines DC TIG, MIG/MAG, MMA/ARC, FLUX and plasma cutting in a compact 12.9 kg unit. Suitable for steel and stainless steel, it delivers up to 200 A in MIG/TIG and 45 A in plasma mode from a single-phase 230 V supply.
Welding and Cutting
IGBT technology ensures a stable arc. Plasma mode provides clean cuts up to 14 mm thick, depending on the material, while the different welding processes meet a range of workshop needs.
4-Roll Wire Feed
The 4-roll drive system ensures consistent wire feeding. V-groove rollers and knurled rollers for flux-cored wire are included.
Performance and Welding Assistance
At 40 °C, the MIG/TIG duty cycle reaches 200 A at 15% and 100 A at 60%. VRD, Hotstart and Anti-Stick functions complete the package.
Compact, Protected Design
The machine measures 480 × 210 × 380 mm and features an ST-Guard casing with IP21S protection. Its 230 V AC supply accepts a voltage tolerance of ±15%.
