Cool XQ 40 MV Cooling Unit
The Cool XQ 40 MV cools torches on compatible welding systems using a single-phase 120 or 230 V supply. It delivers a cooling capacity of 790 W at 1 l/min and a maximum of 1,100 W, with coolant flow and temperature monitoring.
Torch Protection
The standard flow monitor checks coolant circulation. Temperature monitoring provides additional protection against insufficient cooling or excessively hot coolant.
On-Demand Fan Operation
The fan adjusts its operation to cooling requirements, reducing noise and limiting dirt build-up inside the unit.
Easy Filling
The 2.3 l tank features an easily accessible filling opening and MIN / MAX level markings. An external water filter is available as an option.
Compact Design
The unit measures 588 × 224 × 200 mm and weighs 12.5 kg. It provides IP23 protection when installed on compatible equipment.
