This Saw Guide/Saw Vise/Cutting Block adopts heavy duty hard coating and a heat treatment to ensure durability and convenient use. Tube size and saw guide/cutting block models are available, customized for different tube/OD size. The saw guide which helps the band saw to cut straight, is made of hardened and nickel-plated steel to avoid contamination by high-grade carbon. The surface along the cutting groove has been heat treated up to 60 HRC, preventing accidents by the saw guide.
