PLYMOVENT WallPro Double Fume Extractor
The WallPro Double is a fume extractor with extraction arms designed for welding steel and stainless steel. It combines two extraction arms, a 2.2 kW PVA-3000 fan and a 20 m² self-cleaning filter cartridge.
Two Arms for Source Capture
The 160 mm diameter arms are available in 3- or 4-metre lengths, depending on the configuration. The stated extraction capacity in Power mode is 2 × 1,000 m³/h.
Automatic RamAir Cleaning
The system uses pressure-controlled cleaning with RamAir pulse amplifiers. It helps limit cartridge clogging and extend its service life.
Maintenance with Reduced Dust Emissions
A valve isolates the filter from the dust collection bin during maintenance. The bag-in/bag-out system contains the cartridge during replacement to limit dust dispersion.
Controls and Extraction Levels
The control box simplifies system operation. Three extraction levels are specified: Standard, Power and Power Plus. The installation operates on a three-phase 400 V, 50 Hz supply.
